Getting The Most Out Of Your StuntListing Performer Profile
Secrets of StuntListing

As the world's largest stunt performer database, it's important for performers to stand out from the crowd. But how do you do that on a site with almost 5,000 performers? Apart from having (at minimum!) a headshot, resume and reel, keep reading to learn what else helps...

Skills Matter MORE on StuntListing

Coordinators' time is precious. Only users who have skill descriptions will be listed in search results. A skill description can include how long you've trained the skill, notable instructors, awards received - anything that helps a coordinator get a better sense of your skill level.

Rate Your Skills

One of the best ways for stunt performers to give coordinators a clear and accurate impression of their skills is by rating themselves. If you aren't sure where you fall for the rating, search the skill and see what other performers have rated themselves and adjust yours accordingly. It may seem like a small detail, but it can make a big difference when it comes to getting hired for your next gig.

Add Skill Reels

Much like your skill description, a skill reel is an important part of your profile too. Skill reels highlight one skill in particular vs. all of your skills which is helpful when a coordinator is looking for something specific. Profiles with skill reels populate higher in search results than profiles without them. Skill reels are only available to Premium members, so if you want to take your profile and career to the next level, consider upgrading.

Add More Headshots

As a stunt performer, it's important to have a variety of looks on your StuntListing profile. These pictures give coordinators a clear and up-to-date look at what you look like right now (or what characters you can play), which can be essential when submitting you for a role.

Having multiple headshots also gives coordinators more options to choose from when submitting you to a director. They can select the headshot that they feel best represents you and your unique look. Since the director will have a better idea of what you look like and how you might fit into their project, your chances of getting hired increase.

For Premium members, there's no limit on how many headshots your StuntListing profile can have. In fact, we encourage you to add as many as you'd like. The more headshots you have, the more options coordinators will have when selecting the best one to submit to a director.

Add Your Contract Info

Part of making sure your profile is complete is making sure your contact info is up to date - you want to book the job and get paid, right? Sometimes, coordinators move on to the next candidate if everything they need isn't readily available. Don't get skipped just because you didn't upload your address.

Simply put - the more information you have regarding individual skills, the higher you'll appear in search results. The more information you have on your StuntListing.com profile, the more you'll stand out from the crowd and the better the chance you'll get hired!
